Too often, accountants only tell you what already happened. And while templates and spreadsheets might look impressive, no one explains how to actually use them — leaving you stuck and second-guessing your decisions.

That’s exactly why I created Mogul Minds.

Hi, I’m Jessie Griffin

Chartered Accountant, CFO, and MBA graduate with 14+ years of experience.

I built and successfully exited my own business advisory and tax firm, and I’ve worked with clients across industries including hospitality, beauty salons, construction, education, property management, e-commerce, retail, restaurants, NDIS and SDA providers, coaching, and freelancing.

 Over the years, I’ve supported founders as a CFO, Financial Controller, Chartered Accountant, HR and operations advisor, and business strategist.

 At Mogul Minds, I bring this mix of financial expertise and real-world business experience together to help women step confidently into their role as CEO.
